Lance A. Benson, born without legs, is fly fisherman, outdoorsman, marathon competitor, and writer. Residing in Miami, Florida, Mr. Benson is a staff writer and journalist for the Armchair Anglers a nonprofit organization empowering people with disabilities to participate in light tackle angling. Mr. Benson also volunteers his time to give motivational speeches to the local school system.
Whenever he is not fishing, training for a marathon or working out, he enjoys playing electric and acoustic guitar, and spending time with his wife Yuli.
